Marketing Manager

Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team to execute marketing plans
Wide network of established business contact and marketing channels with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Marketing / Business or equivalent
Min 5 years of sales/marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the agrochemical or fertilizer industry

Technical Services & Development Executive

Responsible for identifying industry trends and new business opportunities for growth
Organize field clinics, estate managers meeting and farmers’ gatherings
Carry out field trial, product demonstrations and training
Min 2 years of experience in product & market development, preferably in the agrochemical or fertilizer industry
Highly motivated, hard working and willing to travel

Senior/Junior Chemist (Based in Ipoh)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Science or equivalent
2 – 5 years of relevant lab analytical experience, preferably in the agrochemical or industrial chemical industry
Able to prioritize and multitask with minimum supervision
Possess excellent planning & organizing skills

Production Executive (Based in Ipoh)

Act as a liaison between the management, production staff and other team leaders/members
Assist the production operation manager in executing daily production activities
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
Min 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment with good understanding of production management system
Familiar with the ERP system
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
