Country Representative (to be based in Latin America & Central Asia)

Responsiblities:

Sales prospecting, identify and validate business opportunities applicable to the company
Establish and maintain close working relationships with key customers to best identify and expedite opportunities
Conduct market research, identify new opportunities and keep abreast with new trends and consolidate market intelligence
Submit and follow up on product registration
Maintain rapport and good working relationship with regulatory authorities
Report price trends, financial condition of customers and competitive landscape to HQ
Responsible for credit collection

Requirements:

Minimum a bachelor degree (MBA will be an advantage)
Must have at least 7 years of experience in agrochemical industry
Excellent business network with agrochemical importers
Good understanding of local regulatory and product registration requirements
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Must have strong work ethics and integrity
Strong communication skills, fluent English a must
Excellent remuneration package for suitable candidate

Technical Services & Development Executive

Responsible for identifying industry trends and new business opportunities for growth
Organize field clinics, estate managers meeting and farmers’ gatherings
Carry out field trial, product demonstrations and training
Min 2 years of experience in product & market development, preferably in the agrochemical or fertilizer industry
Highly motivated, hard working and willing to travel

Senior/Junior Chemist (Based in Ipoh)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Science or equivalent
2 – 5 years of relevant lab analytical experience, preferably in the agrochemical or industrial chemical industry
Able to prioritize and multitask with minimum supervision
Possess excellent planning & organizing skills
